Dr. Lundeberg's therapy caseload is currently full.

Note from Dr. Lundeberg:

What do you want to be different this time next year? How do you think we could get there? What do you want to get out of life? What do you want to get out of today? I am interested in hearing your answers to all of these questions. Through a therapeutic relationship, I want to help you achieve your healthy goals. To me, therapy is a collaboration where I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe to be honest with themselves, to explore who they are, and who they want to be.

Regarding my treatment approach, I utilize an integrated theoretical model drawing from cognitive, psychodynamic, and family systems theory. I focus on meeting my clients where they are and working at a pace that fosters long-term development.  A major portion of my work includes treating adolescents and young adults on the autism spectrum with co-occurring mental health difficulties. I enjoy working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, particularly in regard to integrating sexual orientation into one's overarching identity and navigating the coming out process.

Sessions are available in-person or through Telehealth (if clinically appropriate).
